Customer Guarantee:
Tommy Garland Enterprises has taken great care to insure the integrity
and quality of all of our products and defective products are not knowingly
shipped from our facility. In the
event that you do receive a product that is defective, that product may be
returned for exchange within 30 days from shipment date. Shipping and handling
charges are nonrefundable, however exchanges for defective products will be
shipped free of charge. All returns or exchanges must be issued a Return
Goods Authorization (RGA) number before they can be returned to
Tommy Garland Enterprises. RGA numbers can be obtained by contacting
us at 804.598.3657 or by e-mailing us at info@tommygarland.com.
Counterfeit Merchandise:
We have received complaints and notifications from horse owners and
enthusiasts who have been duped into buying counterfeit training DVDs, tack and
merchandise online from sources other than Tommy Garland Enterprises. This merchandise is not
authorized by Tommy Garland Enterprises and is not covered by our Customer
Guarantee. Please be advised
that the quality and integrity of these products has been severely comprised
and will not meet your approval or Tommy Garland Enterprises’ high performance
standards. Pirated
merchandise is illegal, especially as it relates to training DVDs and other
products.
Return/Exchange policy:
Tommy Garland Enterprises guarantees products to be free of
defects. In the event that
you do receive a defective product, the product may be returned or exchanged
for same product within 30 days from shipment date. Our limited warranty covers
defects in craftsmanship and/or materials only; it does not cover natural wear
and tear. Any adjustments or alterations to tack will automatically void the
warranty. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If a product is
found to be defective the replacement product will be shipped free of charge.
Unused tack that is in original and resalable condition may be
returned for a refund or replacement within 30 days of shipment date. Shipping
and handling charges are non-refundable and a 10% restocking fee will apply.
All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip or
receipt (no exceptions) and a Return
Good Authorization (RGA) number. The RGA number must be clearly marked on the
outside of the returned package. We cannot accept any returns without an RGA
number. RGA numbers can be obtained by contacting us at
804.598.3657 or by e-mailing us at info@tommygarland.com.
Training DVDs may not be returned unless defective. Defective DVDs may be returned
with your proof of purchase for replacement of the same product only.
We strongly encourage you to insure your return as Tommy Garland
Enterprises will not assume responsibility for lost or damaged returns. Please inspect your
merchandise immediately upon receipt for damage that may have occurred during
shipment. You must notify
Tommy Garland Enterprises within 30 days of receipt of merchandise if there is
damage to your product due to carrier handling. Carrier
claims must be filed within 30 days of receipt of merchandise, no exceptions.
PLEASE
NOTE: You must
document any noticeable damage to package and/or content at the time you
receive the package. If the
boxes or packages are visibly damaged, please include a notation on the
signature sheet that specifies the shipment is damaged. It is also your right
to refuse a shipment that has sustained visible damage to packaging as a result
of carrier mishandling.
All ticket sales and shipping costs are non-refundable.
