Tommy Garland Receives Prestigious USEF Honor


Tommy was honored to receive the prestigious 2009 USEF Equestrian of Honor/Barbara Worth Oakford Award from USEF President, David O'Connor (pictured) on January 16, 2010.

This award represents the best of the riders of any horse breed shown in a non-reining discipline.
